Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFFL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,321 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFFL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to thyroid hormone stimulus, Negative regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway via death domain receptors, and Receptor recycling. Each is linked with RFFL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFFL-to-partner and partner-to-RFFL results are reported.
