RFFL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFFL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFFL-associated genes across cancer lineages are R3HDML, HTR3D, and GDF5-AS1. Each is linked with RFFL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFFL-to-partner and partner-to-RFFL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, R3HDML grouped by RFFL-low versus RFFL-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFFL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFFL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
