Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 789 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EOMES, H2AZ1, and ALKBH5. Each is linked with RFC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC5-to-partner and partner-to-RFC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EOMES grouped by RFC5-low versus RFC5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
