Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,231 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Centriole replication, and DNA recombination. Each is linked with RFC5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC5-to-partner and partner-to-RFC5 results are reported.
