Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QA and CCL18. Each is linked with RFC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC5-to-partner and partner-to-RFC5 results are reported.
