RFC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,608 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02379, MIR449B, and RNU6-728P. Each is linked with RFC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC3-to-partner and partner-to-RFC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02379 grouped by RFC3-low versus RFC3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
