RFC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with RFC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC3-to-partner and partner-to-RFC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by RFC3-low versus RFC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
