RFC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,763 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1_T506, PDS5A, and UBE2K. Each is linked with RFC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC1-to-partner and partner-to-RFC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFC1 versus RFC1_T506 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
