Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,858 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAD2L1, KIF2C, and BIRC5. Each is linked with RFC1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC1-to-partner and partner-to-RFC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFC1 versus MAD2L1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
