RFC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,957 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMDS, LSM3, and SNX18P1Y. Each is linked with RFC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC1-to-partner and partner-to-RFC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMDS grouped by RFC1-low versus RFC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
