RFC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 126 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPRX, PRM2, and PRR30. Each is linked with RFC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC1-to-partner and partner-to-RFC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPRX grouped by RFC1-low versus RFC1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
