REXO5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REXO5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,617 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REXO5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, DHFR, and MCM3. Each is linked with REXO5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO5-to-partner and partner-to-REXO5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REXO5 versus MCM2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REXO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→REXO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
