Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REXO5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,743 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REXO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TREM1, MEFV, and CSF3R. Each is linked with REXO5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO5-to-partner and partner-to-REXO5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REXO5 versus TREM1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REXO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→REXO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
