Across TCGA cell cohorts, REXO5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,508 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REXO5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA synthesis involved in DNA repair, Meiotic cell cycle process, and Nuclear division. Each is linked with REXO5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO5-to-partner and partner-to-REXO5 results are reported.
