Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, REXO4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated REXO4 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher REXO4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated REXO4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and CESC are the cancer types where REXO4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
