Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, REXO4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated REXO4 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher REXO4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated REXO4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and GBM show a favorable association.

PDAC, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where REXO4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
