REXO4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REXO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,914 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REXO4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C9orf78, EHMT1, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with REXO4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO4-to-partner and partner-to-REXO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REXO4 versus C9orf78 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REXO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→REXO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
