Across TCGA patient cohorts, REXO4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REXO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with REXO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO4-to-partner and partner-to-REXO4 results are reported.
