Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, REXO2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated REXO2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher REXO2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated REXO2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, GBM, and LSCC are the cancer types where REXO2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
