REXO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REXO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,173 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REXO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL5, UBE4A, and BCL9L. Each is linked with REXO2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO2-to-partner and partner-to-REXO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REXO2 versus CUL5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REXO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→REXO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
