REXO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REXO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,204 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REXO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARCN1, FANCI, and SPAG5. Each is linked with REXO2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO2-to-partner and partner-to-REXO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REXO2 versus ARCN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REXO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→REXO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
