Across TCGA cell cohorts, REXO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,107 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REXO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ether catabolic process, Glycerol ether catabolic process, and Platelet activating factor catabolic process. Each is linked with REXO2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO2-to-partner and partner-to-REXO2 results are reported.
