Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, REXO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,917 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REXO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP2, TNNT1, and CPVL. Each is linked with REXO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO2-to-partner and partner-to-REXO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REXO2 versus BMP2 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REXO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→REXO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
