Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, REXO1L1P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated REXO1L1P data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher REXO1L1P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated REXO1L1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and HNSC show a favorable association.

KICH, LIHC, and COAD are the cancer types where REXO1L1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
