The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher REXO1L1P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated REXO1L1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where REXO1L1P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
