REXO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REXO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,017 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REXO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGTA, SRSF3, and THOP1. Each is linked with REXO1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO1-to-partner and partner-to-REXO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REXO1 versus SGTA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REXO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REXO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
