REXO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REXO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,921 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REXO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GEN1, PPARGC1A, and MTX3. Each is linked with REXO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO1-to-partner and partner-to-REXO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REXO1 versus GEN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REXO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REXO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
