REXO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REXO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REXO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSC1, Bcl-2, and eEF2. Each is linked with REXO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO1-to-partner and partner-to-REXO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSC1 grouped by REXO1-low versus REXO1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REXO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REXO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
