Across TCGA cell cohorts, REXO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,933 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REXO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Cytoplasm protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system, and Cytoplasm protein quality control. Each is linked with REXO1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO1-to-partner and partner-to-REXO1 results are reported.
