REXO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, REXO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 552 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REXO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ICOS, ELOA3DP, and PRR23C. Each is linked with REXO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REXO1-to-partner and partner-to-REXO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ICOS grouped by REXO1-low versus REXO1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REXO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REXO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
