Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REV3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,251 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REV3L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GABPA, MEN1, and P4HB. Each is linked with REV3L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REV3L-to-partner and partner-to-REV3L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REV3L versus GABPA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REV3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→REV3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
