Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REV3L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,157 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REV3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBX4, MACF1, and ATP13A5. Each is linked with REV3L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REV3L-to-partner and partner-to-REV3L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REV3L versus TBX4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REV3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→REV3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
