REV3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, REV3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,167 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REV3L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Error-prone translesion synthesis, DNA synthesis involved in DNA replication, and Translesion synthesis. Each is linked with REV3L in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REV3L-to-partner and partner-to-REV3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Error-prone translesion synthesis grouped by REV3L-low versus REV3L-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REV3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→REV3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
