Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RETREG3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,456 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RETREG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHST3, PLEKHF1, and TNXB. Each is linked with RETREG3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETREG3-to-partner and partner-to-RETREG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RETREG3 versus CHST3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RETREG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RETREG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
