Across TCGA patient cohorts, RETREG3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RETREG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, STAT3_pY705, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with RETREG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETREG3-to-partner and partner-to-RETREG3 results are reported.
