RETREG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RETREG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RETREG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZPBP2, UGT2B28, and PTH. Each is linked with RETREG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETREG3-to-partner and partner-to-RETREG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZPBP2 grouped by RETREG3-low versus RETREG3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RETREG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RETREG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
