Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RETREG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,598 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RETREG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C11orf16, ALDH3A1, and AKR1C2. Each is linked with RETREG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETREG2-to-partner and partner-to-RETREG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RETREG2 versus C11orf16 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RETREG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RETREG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
