RETREG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RETREG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,149 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RETREG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RETREG3, VKORC1, and PGRMC2_S104. Each is linked with RETREG2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETREG2-to-partner and partner-to-RETREG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RETREG2 versus RETREG3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RETREG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RETREG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
