RETREG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RETREG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RETREG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with RETREG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETREG2-to-partner and partner-to-RETREG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab25 grouped by RETREG2-low versus RETREG2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RETREG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RETREG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
