Across TCGA cell cohorts, RETREG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RETREG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA4 and OR51D1. Each is linked with RETREG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETREG2-to-partner and partner-to-RETREG2 results are reported.
