RETREG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RETREG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,829 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RETREG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZXDA, LMBRD2, and SYNJ2BP. Each is linked with RETREG1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETREG1-to-partner and partner-to-RETREG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RETREG1 versus ZXDA in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RETREG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RETREG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
