RETREG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RETREG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,978 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RETREG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RETREG1_S281, REPS2_S493, and PEBP1. Each is linked with RETREG1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETREG1-to-partner and partner-to-RETREG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RETREG1 versus RETREG1_S281 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RETREG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RETREG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
