Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RETREG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,813 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RETREG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NELFCD, TBC1D12, and PHF1. Each is linked with RETREG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETREG1-to-partner and partner-to-RETREG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RETREG1 versus NELFCD in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RETREG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RETREG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
