Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RETREG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,866 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RETREG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P18, RNA5SP412, and TRAJ48. Each is linked with RETREG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETREG1-to-partner and partner-to-RETREG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P18 grouped by RETREG1-low versus RETREG1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RETREG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RETREG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
