Across TCGA patient cohorts, RETREG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RETREG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Paxillin, and IRS1. Each is linked with RETREG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETREG1-to-partner and partner-to-RETREG1 results are reported.
