RESF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RESF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,694 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RESF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA2026, PGBD2, and ZNF490. Each is linked with RESF1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RESF1-to-partner and partner-to-RESF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RESF1 versus KIAA2026 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RESF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RESF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
