RESF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RESF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,046 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RESF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DEF6, RCSD1, and RCSD1_S179. Each is linked with RESF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RESF1-to-partner and partner-to-RESF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RESF1 versus DEF6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RESF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RESF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
