RESF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RESF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,750 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RESF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDHP71, MIR4765, and SLC15A3. Each is linked with RESF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RESF1-to-partner and partner-to-RESF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RESF1 versus GAPDHP71 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RESF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RESF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
