Across TCGA patient cohorts, RESF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,653 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RESF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STIM1, TM9SF3, and RAB14. Each is linked with RESF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RESF1-to-partner and partner-to-RESF1 results are reported.
