RESF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RESF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,282 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RESF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF511, RFC5, and ZWINT. Each is linked with RESF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RESF1-to-partner and partner-to-RESF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF511 grouped by RESF1-low versus RESF1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RESF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RESF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
